Here is some more information on the Meredith Emerson case. Looks like there was another girl that Hilton was chatting up that could have been a victim instead until Hilton realized she was with a larger group. I really hope that this story does not keep people out of the woods. They are OUR woods, damnit. Bad things happen to good people, and that is always tragic, but don’t let it keep you from doing things you enjoy. Hilton will never be a free man again, so that is one less scumbag polluting our parks.
