Description

The Weltool W3Pro FDE TAC LEP Tactical Flashlight brings extreme long-range performance to a rugged new Flat Dark Earth finish. This TAC version of the W3Pro is built for users who need maximum throw, instant high-output activation, and a focused LEP beam for search, rescue, field signaling, inspection, and tactical lighting applications.

Powered by one 21700 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the W3Pro TAC produces up to 930 lumens with an impressive 547,500 candela and a beam distance of up to 1,479 meters. Its LEP light source delivers a tight, high-intensity beam with usable close-range spill, making it especially effective for long-distance identification, sea indication, high-voltage tower maintenance, and other specialized lighting tasks.

The tactical interface is designed around fast access to high mode. The flashlight defaults to high when activated, while strobe and low modes are hidden to reduce accidental mode changes. A forward tail switch allows momentary-on operation with a half press or constant-on operation with a full click. Hidden strobe and low modes can be accessed with rapid half presses from the off position.

Built from aluminum alloy with a hard anodized Flat Dark Earth finish, the W3Pro FDE TAC includes a coated tempered glass lens, reverse polarity protection, low-voltage warning, over-discharge protection, and automatic thermal stepdown to help prevent overheating. It is IP67 rated for heavy rain, 1-meter drop tested, and individually serialized.

Operation Instructions

Install the battery correctly before use.

Half-press the tail switch once for momentary high mode. Release the switch to turn the light off. Fully press the switch until it clicks to lock high mode on, then click again to turn it off.

To access the hidden modes, rapidly half-press the switch more than 4 times from the off position. Strobe activates first. Release and half-press again to switch to low. Low and strobe cycle with additional half presses. Fully press the switch to lock the selected hidden mode for continuous operation. After the flashlight is turned off for more than 1.5 seconds, it exits hidden mode and returns to high mode.

When the battery is low, the main light will flash as a reminder to recharge the battery. When the battery is exhausted, the flashlight will automatically stop working.

Use and Safety Notes

Do not disassemble the flashlight, as this can void the warranty and may damage the light.

It is normal for the flashlight to become warm during operation. For extended high-output use, Weltool recommends outdoor ventilation with wind speed above 5 m/s and temperatures below 25°C. Turn the flashlight off if it becomes too hot to hold comfortably, and allow it to cool before turning it back on.

Replace the O-ring after long-term use to help maintain waterproof performance. Lubricate threads with professional-grade grease as needed and keep conductive contact surfaces clean.

For long-term storage, remove the battery and recharge it at least every 3–4 months. The flashlight has strong waterproof performance, but it is not designed for professional diving use.

Do not aim the beam at eyes or skin, and keep away from children. Do not aim the beam at people, reflective surfaces, aircraft, or moving vehicles.
