Tiny capsule lighter that has an o-ring and screw on top that lets it easily survive a dunking. The bottom is flat, so it can stand on its own, and the fuel is just regular lighter fluid, so nothing needs to be held down for a continuous flame. Since it is tightly sealed, the fluid will not evaporate while not in use like a Zippo or other fluid lighter.
