Less than three inches in length, the MecArmy PT16 packs a punch unlike any other light in its size range. Utilizing three CREE XP-G2 LEDs, this little torch can produce a whopping 1,000 ANSI lumen output with a single RCR-123(16340) or 18350 battery. The PT16 comes standard with a built-in USB charger (micro-USB cable not included) that can be completely charged within ninety minutes.
The v3 has a new interface that is much more user friendly as well as a battery tube large enough for an 18350. Click once from off for low. Double click from off for high. Press and hold while on to switch outputs.

- The plastic lens scratches VERY easily
This is a nice light with IMO, a very reasonable price, three LEDS, smooth button activation, and rechargeable from a laptop. I was torn as to how I would rate this becaus I only have one problem with it, the plastic lens. I have had this light for a week and the lens has several visible scratches. It stays in the pocket of my bath robe and in defense of the little light, there is always dust and even dirt from every day use with five dogs that like to dig and have to be picked up and carried sometimes. I realize that even a glass lens will scratch but nowhere near as easily as plastic. I know people are saying damn man, WASH YOUR ROBE AND BATHE YOUR DOGS! LOL

- V2 or V3?
Received mine from GG last week. An amazing light and very different from any other in my collection. A crazy amount of light from such a small package. The light is listed as V2. As far as I know the V2 is the one with the upgraded UI which mine has. Mine also came with an added feature that I was not aware of. I removed the included 16340 battery to check it out, and a sleeve was also inside. The type some mfgs. use on a 16340 to prevent rattling. When I took the battery and sleeve out an 18xxx battery will fit. I do not have a 18350 to see if the length will work but no reason why it shouldn't. An 18xxx battery has plenty of dia. room inside the body tube. Needless to say that I am pleased. I haven't read about a version 3 but also haven't read that this is an included feature of the V2.

- Excellent tiny triple LED, 1,000 Lumen EDC light.
As quality in lights continues to improve, and size continues to get smaller and smaller it would stand to reason something would need to give, perhaps quality? Not a chance-this tiny 1,000 Lumen, 16340 powered light prove it can be done and done well. I was torn between buying th 10440 version vs the 16340 version, the longer runtime of the 16340 won me over(temporarily-I can tell I will own all 4 versions of these lights pretty quickly). The 18650 version becons me to buy it and very soon. This light is tiny, has triple XP-G2 LED's, and has an intuitive UI-complete with access to turbo or strobe from "off". It hits a blistering 1,000 Lumens on Turbo, has decent runtimes on 16340 cells as well as the ability to use CR123's if needed(or desired for the 10 year shelf life). It has a 15 day exchange/5year warranty and a lifetime warranty that comps any necessary labor and charges for parts only.

- Sick! Insanly bright for its size + nice upgraded U.I.
Sick! Insanely bright for its size + nice upgraded U.I. which is now totally operationally friendly.
Built like a tank, cool white no odd tinting.
Only con = for the price should be a glass lens not a high impact poly-carbonate.
Used a G.G. discount code + free shipping.
Will now sell my Olight S10R II and replace it with this.
