very poor batteries too big don't hold charge
These batteries are very poor quality. I purchased 2. One had zero charge. Not safe to charge so I had to drive to Radio Shack to recycle it. The other one charged fine to 4.18 volts. Within an hour it dropped to 4.15 volts. This morning it is 4.14 volts. This is unacceptable for brand new batteries. I wonder how much charge will remain after a couple of weeks? They are also too wide and too long for most of my flashlights. I have no interest in peeling a label as one review suggests. Write up should warn these batteries are longer and wider than CR123A and may not fit your flashlight. I was penny wise but pound foolish. I should have paid the premium price for AW batteries. They are the right size and hold a charge.

Try peeling the label off
I use these in An ITP SC2. They would not fit initially, but after peeling the label off they can be inserted and removed easily.

very good
I got 37 mins on high power on my eagle tac d25c ( thats very good) with this battery (i did turn it off to allow it to cool when it got hot) this is 5 bucks well spent. Only fedex sends batteries without a flashlight. so expect to wait a week to get them. but its worth it

Too wide for my lights
These will not fit my FourSevens or Sure Fire. I bought these assuming that RCR123 was a standard size but these have a larger diameter.

AW like battery
Great battery, but a little wide for a 16340, will not fit in my Sunwayman V11R. Fits all my Eagletac lights just fine, but may be just slightly too large for tight tolerance CR123 lights. I don't recommended for Surefire, 47's, etc lights that have tight fit on primary 123 batts. Great for most lights though.

Oversized diameter, arrived 0V discharged
I regret my purchase.

One arrived 3.6V, the other 0V dead. Both charged up, but the 0V one took forever. Checking the voltage the next day, they dropped from 4.2V to 4.1V already

When I went to put these cells into my various 1 and 2 cell CR123 lights, they simply will not fit. They only fit into tubes made for 18650, and what would be the point?

For the money, I wish I had bought 1 AW cell instead of 2 Eagletac cells. AW's have better quality and they FIT.

All in all good
I received 2 of these batteries in a bundle and ordered two more at the same time with the olight m10 and s10. They work great, but I had to sort out two of the four to actually fit in the lights. Two seemed a little too snug for my comfort not knowing how I would get them out if they got wedged. The other two slid in snugly but you can sling the light a little and they will slide out.

Great battery at a great price
I use these constantly in my Sunwayman V11 Mirage and they work beautifully. They last quite a bit longer than one of the other brands 16340 I've tried, especially when running the light at high output. Highly recommend!

Decent quality, works fine, not that expensive.
These batteries are actually cheaper than many non-rechargeable CR123's. They work fine, the only problem I've had so far is that the medium beam on my EagleTac light doesn't work with these. I have no idea why, as it works fine with non-rechargeables. Also, the casing cracked a little on one of the ones I have, but I glued it and it's worked well.
